Designed by Ann Rothm the light blue cowgirl performance outfit with fringed jacket and skirt has Barbara Matera labels. Accompanied with the original costumer's tags handwritten "Patsy sc. 36". Worn by Lang in her Academy Award nominated role for Best Actress as country superstar Patsy Cline, while appearing on the Arthur Godfrey Show singing "Walking After Midnight". Patsy Cline was the first female solo artist to be elected to the Country Music Hall of Fame.
